So you are interested in joining Walkerville Musical Society
It doesn't matter if you are a complete novice or have years of experience, you’ll be made extremely welcome at Walkerville Musical Society. We are open to members of all abilities and no previous experience is required. We accept members aged from 16 upwards and all we ask is that you’re enthusiastic, committed, and ready to put on a great show.
 

What is there to get involved with?
There are always a variety of opportunities on stage, off stage or front-of-house. Click the "What Can I Do?" link on the right to find out more.
 

When do you rehearse?
Rehearsals are Monday evenings 7.30-9.30pm, with additional Tuesday and Sunday rehearsals as it gets closer to showtime and for those cast as principle characters. All of our rehearsal are at Walkerville Community Association, 8 Pinewood Close, Newcastle Upon Tyne NE6 4SZ (Click here for a map)
 

How much does it cost?
Our membership fees are very reasonable. Annual Fees for 2023 are £45 per adult and £5 for under 18s. There is also a weekly fee during rehearsal periods of £1 per person.
